Refund Policy

We aim to process refunds smoothly and efficiently. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed under the following terms:

Refund Methods:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, credit/debit card, or wallet).

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will refund via bank transfer after confirming your account details.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we have received and approved your returned item.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Items returned in a used, washed, or damaged condition.

  • Late return requests (after 7 days of delivery).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
